Shipping policy
Most orders ship in 2-3 business days with an additional 2-5 business days in transit. Matching Pajama Loungewear and custom and personalized orders may take longer to ship as they are made to order. Please contact us at michelle@thewoofwarehouse.com for an estimate on how long your order will take if it is something time sensitive.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping on orders of $60 or more on all US orders.
Shipping Internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom may take longer (up to 2 weeks) to arrive.
International shipping (Non-US): Customs Duties or Import Tax may be applied at the time of import. Customer(s) are fully responsible for paying any additional custom or import tax.
Once orders/ packages leave our office The Woof Warehouse the responsibility for orders/ packages transfers to the shipping company (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
